NEVADA REAL ESTATE LICENSE PROCESS
This is the process of obtaining a real estate license in Nevada. All of these steps and requirements must be met. If you have questions about the real estate license process please contact us.
STEP 1: Complete the required pre-licensing education for the license type for which you are applying (salesman or broker).
STEP 2: Complete the license exam. This is done with the testing company Pearson VUE.
STEP 3: Get your fingerprints taken. We recommend Fingerprinting of Las Vegas.
STEP 4: Submit your real estate license application, fingerprint receipt, education certificate, and application fee to the Nevada Real Estate Division.
If approved, your real estate salesman license will be sent directly to your broker. You can then start representing buyers and sellers and join professional associations such as the REALTOR® association.
