NEVADA REAL ESTATE LICENSE EXAM
All real estate license applicants are required to take the state of Nevada license exam. The exam is made up of two sections: state law (40 questions / 90 minutes) and national law (80 questions / 150 minutes). The cost to register for the exam is $100. Upon passing the exam, you have up to 12 months to submit your license application. After 12 months, the exam is dead and you will need to re-test. If you fail the exam, you must wait 24 hours before you re-take it and repay the $100 fee.
The Nevada RED has contracted real estate license testing to a company called Pearson VUE. Visit their web site for testing details and registration. Their web site has practice tests and an applicant pamphlet.
