REFUND POLICY: REAL ESTATE COURSES
This refund policy applies to all classroom/live instruction courses our school offers. This refund policy is in compliance with NRS-394.449 (Nevada law concerning vocational school refunds). Refunds will be paid in the same manner as tuition was paid. Refunds will be paid within 15 days of withdraw date. Text books cost $50 are non-refundable unless in new condition.
HOW REFUND AMOUNT IS DETERMINED
If the school fails to provide the class for which you have paid, you will receive a 100% refund.
If you withdraw or are expelled after 60% of classroom hours have commenced since start date, you will not be given any refund.
If you withdraw or are expelled prior to 60% of classroom hours have commenced since start date, you will be given a pro-rated refund. The pro-rated refund amount will be equal to an amount of the number of hours completed divided by the total number of hours of the course.
Online courses are fully refundable for up to 10 calendar days after purchase.
