NEVADA REAL ESTATE LICENSE FINGERPRINTS
All real estate license applicants are required to get fingerprints taken for the background check process. Fingerprinting should be done after the license exam is completed, but before you submit your license application. You must have your fingerprints done by a company that is approved by the Real Estate Division (note that not all fingerprinting companies are approved by the RED).
Upon completing your fingerprints, you will be given a stamped receipt form specifically required by the RED. You must include that receipt with your license application. The fingerprints are sent to the RED in a digital file and no longer have to be mailed on hard cards.
