This is the mandatory course for a Nevada real estate salesman license. If you are currently licensed out-of-state, see our reciprocity page for details on course waivers.
The online course is an interactive, self paced course that you can complete from any computer anytime 24 hours a day. Take as long as you like to complete the course, there is no specific time frame for completion. The course is set up in chapters consisting of different subject matter. At the end of each chapter there is an online quiz. At the end of the entire course, there is a final exam that mimics the actual license exam you take with the state of Nevada. Upon completing the online course you will be emailed your course certificate that you include with your real estate license application. You can then register to take your license exam.
If you are already licensed in California or another reciprocal state, you can also complete the 45 hour Nevada Law & Ethics course online for $199.
